1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Binteo platform (website, mobile application, and all related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Binteo.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Binteo," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to H&G Nextgen Private Limited and the Binteo service.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to any person using the Binteo platform.
"Content" means videos, images, text, audio, and any material uploaded to Binteo.
"Creator" means a registered user who uploads content to Binteo.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Binteo. Users under 18 must have parental consent. By using Binteo, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Binteo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

Upload content that violates laws, infringes copyrights, or harms others.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threatening behavior.
Upload sexually explicit, violent, or harmful content involving minors.
Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Manipulate metrics (views, likes, subscribers) artificially.
Scrape, data-mine, or use bots on the platform without permission.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading, you grant Binteo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content on the platform.
You represent that you own or have rights to all uploaded content.
Binteo does not claim ownership of your content.

7. CONTENT MODERATION

Binteo reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.
We may review content using automated systems and human moderators.
Removal decisions are at Binteo's sole discretion.

8. MONETIZATION

Eligibility for monetization is subject to Binteo's Monetization Policy.
Binteo reserves the right to change monetization criteria at any time.
Payments are subject to minimum thresholds and applicable taxes.
Violation of policies may result in suspension or termination of monetization.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Binteo, its logo, and all platform features are owned by H&G Nextgen Private Limited.
You may not use Binteo's trademarks without written permission.
Respect copyrights — do not upload content you don't have rights to use.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Binteo is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
Binteo is not responsible for user-generated content.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binteo and H&G Nextgen Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binteo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

Binteo may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Binteo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
